Payment Terms

At Pyrope Sports, we offer flexible and secure payment options for both individual customers and business clients.

All payments must be completed before order processing begins.

Order Confirmation

B2B / Wholesale Payment Terms

For bulk or wholesale orders:

  • A minimum advance payment may be required to start production

  • Remaining balance must be cleared before shipment

  • Payment terms may vary depending on order size and agreement

Currency

All payments are processed in the agreed currency between the customer and Pyrope Sports.

Payment Verification

Customers may be required to provide proof of payment (receipt or transaction screenshot) for confirmation.

WARRANTY POLICY

At Pyrope Sports, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to ensure customer satisfaction.

Product Warranty

We offer a limited warranty on our products against manufacturing defects.

  • Warranty covers stitching defects, material faults, or production issues

  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling

Warranty Duration

If you receive a defective product:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide clear images or videos showing the issue

  3. Our team will review and provide a suitable solution

Resolution Options

Depending on the issue, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the product

  • Partial refund

  • Repair solution (if applicable)

Exclusions

Warranty does not apply to:

  • Customized or private label products

  • Damage due to improper use

  • Normal wear and tear

B2B Orders

For wholesale orders, warranty claims will be handled based on mutual agreement and order terms.
